Since one of my best friend made a compliment about my blog, I’d decided to write the recipes in Malay, so she can read and copy my recipes without stress hahaha. (Sorry la kak, budak-budak baru blaja mcm aku ni, saje nak try test English). Well, let me start like this.. There always seems to be something new and unusual in the world of cooking. My passion for cooking and good food expanded to writing about food and food photography. I prefer like this when I'm describing myself, I like Poems, Foods, I love cooking and I like to explore the world of cooking. I'm not a foodie. I love food. I adore the people who make food especially my Mum. I live in tastes and memorable bites. My mum is very good in cooking. My siblings and I always enjoyed her food. As her daughter, I like to see how she made our food. Then, when I grown up, I started to learn and tried some of her recipes. Now, I branched out to Cake Decorating and learn some baking skills. Chicken Broast
Bahan-bahan ( 4 orang )
- 1 ekor ayam dipotong 8
- 1 sdb cili kisar
- 1 sdt bwg putih kisar
- 1 sdt serbuk jintan manis
- 1 sdt serbuk jintan putih
- 1 sdt dried mixed herb
- 1 sdt all spice
- 1 sdb mayonis
- 1 biji limau nipis, ambil airnya
- 1 sdt serbuk kunyit
- Garam secukup rasa
- Madu
Cara-cara
- Cuci ayam hingga bersih dan perap selama mana suka dgn semua bahan kecuali madu.
- Balut loyang dgn aluminium foil dan cucuk lubang pd foil. Susun ayam jgn bertindih atas foil. Bakar selama 30 minit, 180'c.
- Keluarkan ayam dr oven dan sapukan madu. Bakar lagi 30 minit.
- Hidangkan bersama timun dan salad.
Ayam Goreng Tauco
- 1 ekor ayam (Potong 8, bersihkan)
- 85g gajus panggang
- *4 biji cili merah
- *2 ulas bawang putih
- *1cm halia
- 3 sdb taucu (Krgkan klu taucu masin sgt)
- 1 biji capsicum merah (Dadu)
- 1 biji capsicum kuning (dadu)
- 1 biji zuchini (dadu)
- 2 tangkai daun bawang (Hiris)
- 1 cwn daun ketumbar (hiris)
- Minyak
- BAHAN PERAP AYAM
- Kicap manis
- 2 sdb tepung jagung
- 1 sdb gula
Cara-cara
- Ayam dibersihkan dan di perap dgn bahan perap selama 1-2 jam. Kisar kasar bahan bertanda *.
- Panaskan minyak tumis bahan tumbuk hingga naik bau.
- Masukkan tauco dan ayam. Gaul rata, biar hingga ayam empuk.
- Masukkan capsicum dan zuchini. Gaul sebati 2-3 minit.
- Tutup api dan masukkan gajus, gaul lagi.
- Akhir sekali masukkan daun bawang dan daun ketumbar.
