Bahan-bahan
- 1 kilo daging atau ayam (potong dadu).
- 150g gula pasir
- 100g gula merah
- 100g madu, 2 sdk garam
- Bahan Kisar:
- 3 sdb ketumbar biji (goreng tanpa minyak)
- 2 sdk jintan halus (goreng tanpa minyak)
- 1 sdb biji lada putih
- 6 ulas bawang putih
- 1inci halia
- 1/2 inci lengkuas
- 4 batang serai - hiris
- 1 inci kunyit hidup
- Lidi
- Minyak, gula, 1sdb bahan kisar - minyak untuk renjis masa bakar.
- serai-dititik, untuk renjis.
Cara-cara
- Gaul sebati bahan kisar dan daging, perap semalaman.
- Cucuk 5-6 ketul daging pada lidi dan bakar hingga masak.
- Hidangkan dgn kuah kacang, timun dan nasi impit.
Kuah Kacang
- 200g kacang tanah (digoreng tanpa minyak)
- 1 cwn gula merah/ gula melaka (Blh dikurangkan @ dilebihkan ikut selera)
- 1 cwn air asam jawa
- 400ml santan tin
- Air secukupnya
- Garam dan minyak secukupnya
- Bahan-bahan Dikisar halus
- 2 batang serai
- 1 inci halia
- 1 inci lengkuas
- 20 tangkai cili kering
- 3 ulas bawang putih
- 15 ulas bawang merah
- 6 biji buah keras
- 1 cm belacan
- 1 sudu teh jintan manis
- 1 sudu teh jintan putih
- 1 sudu teh ketumbar
Cara-cara
- Kacang tanah yang telah digoreng, di buang kulitnya dan dikisar.(Setengah halus dan setengah kasar).
- Panaskan minyak,tumis bahan kisar hingga wangi dan garing.
- Masukkan air asam jawa.
- Masukkan gula merah dan garam secukup rasa. Biar mendidih seketika.
- Masukkan kacang yang dikisar tadi dan juga santan pekat.Kacau dan biar mendidih dengan api perlahan sehingga kuah nampak kemerah-merahan dan lapisan minyak naik ke atas.
Nasi Air Ringkas
- Nasi Lembik (lebihkan air masa masak)
- 1kg tulang ayam
- Bahan Kisar:
- 2 biji bawang besar *
- 1 labu bawang putih*
- Rempah Tumis
- 3 inci halia
- 5 biji buah pelaga
- 5 kuntum bunga lawang
- 5 kuntum bunga cengkih
- 2 inci kulit kayu manis
- 3 jag air
- 2 sudu kecil serbuk lada putih
- Garam secukup rasa
- Minyak untuk menumis
- Hiasan
- Bawang goreng , daun sup, isi ayam yg disiat atau sebarang sayuran ikut suka (celur dulu)
- Serunding Udang Kering
Cara-cara
- Panaskan minyak, tumis rempah hingga naik bau, masukkan bahan kisar. Kacau.
- Masukkan tulang ayam yang telah dibersihkan dan gaul sebati.
- Masukkan air secukupnya.
- Kecilkan api dan biar masak perlahan hingga berminyak.
- Bila dah masak, tapis sup kedalam periuk lain.
- Bila nak makan, ambil sesenduk nasi lembik, tambah sup dan bahan hias.
- Tambah perahan limau nipis klu suka.
Pau Goreng
- 1kg tepung gandum
- 1 paket yis segera mauripan @ sebarang jenis yis kering segera (15gm)
- 200g gula
- 100ml minyak jagung @ minyak masak biasa
- 460ml air (Bergantung pd jenis tepung)
- Sambal tumis dan hirisan timun secukupnya
- Inti Kacang atau inti manis (ikut suka)
Cara-cara
- Ambil sedikit air dan suamkan. Masukkan yis dan gula, kacau hingga sebati dan biarkan sehingga naik berbuih.
- Bila dah berbuih, kacau dan campurkan minyak masak.
- Buat lubang ditengah tepung, tuang bahan cecair. Uli hingga sebati dan tak lekat di mangkuk atau tangan.
- Tutup mangkuk doh dengan cling film, rehatkan selama 30-45 minit.
- Uli doh semula dan canai. Tekan dengan acuan berbentuk bulat.
- Rehatkan lagi 10-15 minit.
- Panaskan minyak dan goreng hingga kekuningan.
- Bila dah masak, belah pau, sapukan sambal dan letak hirisan timun.
- Untuk pau kukus, ambil 1 bebola, masukkan inti dan biarkan naik 10-15min. Kukus dgn kukusan yang cukup panas hingga masak.
Inti Kacang Merah
- 250g Kacang Merah
- 100g Gula
- 50g Gula Perang
- 200ml santan pekat
Cara-cara
- Rebus kacang hingga empuk.
- Kisar Halus.
- Masak semula, masukkan gula, gaul sebati hingga gula larut.
- Masukkan santan dan sedikit garam. Masak hingga kering.
Kek Pisang
- 1 3/4 cwn tepung gandum
- 1/4 cwn tepung jagung
- 1 cwn gula
- 1 cwn minyak jagung
- 3 biji pisang
- 3 biji telur
- 1 sdt soda bikarbonat
- Sedikit garam
- Esen pisang
- Badam dan gajus cincang untuk hiasan
Cara-cara
- Panaskan oven 180'C. Ayak tepung bersama soda bikarbonat.
- Masukkan semua bahan ke dalam mangkuk. Putar hingga sebati.
- Sapu butter pd tin pembakar, masukkan adunan, tabur kekacang dan bakar selama 1 jam pd suhu 180'C atau hingga masak.
Ever had those days where you wake up to another crappy day of your life? Lately, I’ve been waking up like that a lot. The first thing that goes on in my mind would be, “*sighs*” there u go again. And to make matters worst, everything would go wrong. Everything seems to be wrong and out of my control. And everything really starts to piss me off. I will get headache and stomach ache. No matter how hard I try and everything I do would be wrong. I’m always refused to talk to anyone nowadays, I’m so sick of it. I’m getting tired of my everyday life style. It’s so depressing. After all the headache and the bitching from everything, half of my day is spent doing my ordinary-not-so-interesting job. Maybe that’s why I hate waking up nowadays. This is all I wake up to. I don’t have anything to look forward to anymore… *sighs*. Sitting in my room, in front of my lappy makes me more depressed. Sometimes I wonder, why all this happened to me? Why I need to go through all this again? I can’t cry anymore, I can’t swear all the time I’m mad. I don’t want to say bad words in front of the kids. It’s bad! Thank God I have them around. They cheer me up at least. Their smile, their laugh makes me happy. If only I can be happy like them. Nothing to worry about, nothing to think about and all they do is playing and laughing. *Sigh* I hate being at home lately. I feel lost easier when I’m alone. And that thing came across my mind again and again. That’s not my fault… what can I do if everything happen not like what I want. At first, I hope everything gonna be fine. But after awhile, after every this and that, I’ve decided to make a move. But it’s still like that. And the silence killing me. Sometimes silence says a lot. I’m tired trying. I’m tired of everything. Finally.. I decided to make a decision for my own good. I can’t keep waiting anymore…
Strawberry Chocolate Cheesecake ( 18cm )
- Filling
- 250g Soft Cheese - Room Temp.
- 3 eggs
- 200ml sour cream
- 200ml fresh/whipping cream
- 120gm castor sugar
- 2 tbs corn starch
- Vanilla Essence
- Base
- 1 1/2 cups rich tea / digestive biscuits crumbs (or any biscuit you like)
- 50g butter (melted)
- 1 tbs brown sugar
- Topping
- Fresh Strawberry
- Chocolate Dip (Cooking Chocolate-double boil)
Method

MIX crumbs, brown sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 18cm springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes

BEAT cream cheese, castor sugar, vanilla essence with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add sour creams, eggs, 1 at a time and corn starch, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Blend in remaining ingredients, pour over crust. Gently stir in some chocolate before bake.

BAKE at 200'C for 30 min in water bath and low down the oven temp to 160'C, cover the cake with alumunium foil and bake for another 30 min. Run knife or metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

Avoid Cracked Cheesecakes: After adding the eggs, be careful not to overbeat the batter since this can cause the baked cheesecake to crack.
Ingredients (4 Servings)
- 4 salmon fillets
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 10 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Brocoli, carrot or any veges (Steamed)
- Aluminium foil
- WHITE SAUCE
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium size onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons plain flour
- 1 teaspoon dried mixed herb
- 300ml fresh milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- In a medium glass bowl, prepare marinade by mixing garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- Place salmon fillets in a medium glass baking dish, and cover with the marinade.
- Marinate in the refrigerator about 1 hour, turning occasionally.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Place fillets in aluminum foil, cover with marinade, and seal.
- Place sealed salmon in the glass dish, and bake 35 to 45 minutes, until easily flaked with a fork.
- WHITE SAUCE : In a saucepan, melt butter. Saute chopped onion until soft. Stir in flour, mixed. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Season with pepper and salt. Add dried mixed herb when serve.
